Environmental Policy:

ERAM is conscious of the impact of business operations on the environment and its responsibilities toward the protection of the existing environment for the betterment of future generations. The Company is committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance and compliance with BS EN ISO 14001:2004 legislation and other required guidelines. ERAM ensures that all activities of the Company and that of our suppliers and subcontractors comply fully with the environmental legislation. ERAM will fully co-operate with the Environmental Agency, Local Authorities, Water Companies, and wherever applicable with PWA and LRDP.

ERAM aims to reduce the impact on the environment by applying the following objectives:

  • Conduct business activities with an environmentally conscious approach adhering to the sensitivities of the local and regional environment.
  • Apply the best environmental practices in the design and construction of buildings and infrastructure.

  • Provide appropriate training and instructions to employees for enhancing their environmental awareness and skills.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate mechanisms for communication and consultation of relevant environmental issues with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • This Environmental Policy shall be communicated to all employees, contractors, service providers, and stakeholders and made available to clients, consultants, and the public upon request.

Health & Safety Policy:

ERAM is committed to providing a safe healthy work environment and safe systems of work for all employees. ERAM also accepts responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by the activities and services of the company. In line with these commitments, the Company will:

  • All employees, contractors, and service providers of ERAM are required to:
    • Avoid putting themselves or others in an unsafe condition during their work.
    • Strictly follow relevant health and safety procedures, method statements, and site HSE rules and instructions during the work.
    • Use appropriate protective clothing and equipment.
    • Report workplace hazards, incidence, and injuries.
    • Strictly avoid presenting themselves to the workplace under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

Security Policy:

  • The level of professionalism, knowledge, and integrity of all the involved staff in security matters must be tightly controlled.
  • Appropriate training plans, customer screening, recruitment, contracting, and termination procedures must be established and implemented.
  • All incidents, including security breaches and irregularities must be reported and documented.
  • Corrective action should be taken and followed up through regular verifications to improve the overall security standard.
  • This policy will be reviewed and revised annually if required.
